Amrutva

At Amrutva, we believe festivals are not just about traditions, but also about spreading joy, care & responsibility. This Ganesh Chaturthi, our initiative focuses on promoting eco-friendly celebrations, supporting local artisans and nurturing sustainable practices that honour both Lord Ganesha and our environment.

By choosing, permanently established Ganesh Idol, reducing plastic use and encouraging green practices, we aim to celebrate responsibly while giving back to society and nature. We also, honoured our factory workers by acknowledging their dedication and invaluable contribution towards Amrutva. Amrutva family (Founders & factory workers) together performed Ganesh pooja and distributed sweets. This celebration was our small way of honouring their dedication and creating memories of unity and happiness together.

Ganpati Bappa Morya! Let’s celebrate with devotion, dignity and sustainability.

At Amrutva, we believe that festivals are not just about rituals – they are about celebrating togetherness, joy and gratitude towards each other. This Navratri / Dussehra, our team came together at our factory premises to celebrate the spirit of unity and tradition with our hardworking factory family. Such initiatives form an integral part of our CSR & employee engagement programs, which focuses on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

The day was filled with vibrant garba, music, colourful attires and cheerful smiles, as everyone participated in the festivities with great enthusiasm. From traditional garba to distributing festive treats, the celebration reflected the rich cultural heritage of Gujarat and the strong bond between our Management and Employees.

We take pride in creating a workplace where every individual feels valued – not just for their work, but as part of the larger Amrutva family. Events like these remind us that our greatest strength lies in our people, who contribute daily to our journey of PURITY, QUALITY and PROGRESS. At Amrutva, we continue to foster a culture of Respect, Inclusivity and Joy; ensuring that every festival is celebrated with the same passion that drives our business every day. We remain committed to building a workplace that celebrates diversity, nurtures employee morale and upholds the cultural heritage that enriches our community.

This Diwali (2025), we celebrated the festival of lights with the true strength of our company – our factory workers. The occasion was filled with joy, togetherness and gratitude as we shared sweets, lit diyas and spread festive cheer. This event was aimed at fostering a sense of inclusion, appreciation and collective well-being. Our team came together and decorated the entire office area with lights, eco-friendly decors, diyas, rangoli, and shared a sense of togetherness and gratitude. The celebration included cultural activities, distribution of sweets and bonuses, and heartfelt interactions that highlighted the vital role our workforce plays in the success of the company.

By organizing this event, we reaffirmed our commitment to employee well-being, inclusivity and recognition, ensuring that every individual feels valued as an integral part of Amrutva’s journey.

Also, in line with our commitment to sustainability, the celebrations were carried out with eco-friendly decorations, reduced plastic usage and conscious efforts to minimize waste – ensuring that the festival truly lit up lives without dimming the light of nature.

At Amrutva, our culture isn’t just defined by the products we create, but by the hands that build them. This January 26th, we transformed our factory grounds into a vibrant celebration of India’s 77th Republic Day, bringing together our corporate teams and factory floor heroes as one unified family.

A Morning of Pride and Purpose:

– The day commenced with a traditional flag-hoisting ceremony led by our CEOs on the terrace of our factory. Watching the tricolor soar high above our manufacturing unit was a powerful reminder of our shared dedication to the nation’s growth.
– The Anthem: A moment of profound silence followed by a resounding rendition of Jana Gana Mana that echoed through the assembly bay.
– Following the flag hoisting and National Anthem on 26th January, our CEOs and family members delivered inspiring speeches that reflected pride, unity, and purpose. The celebration concluded with delicious food and sweets being served to all our factory workers.

Our Commitment:
Republic Day at Amrutva was more than a holiday; it is a reflection of our Inclusive Work Culture. We believe that progress is only meaningful when it is shared. By celebrating our diversity and honoring the hard work of our factory teams, we strengthen the foundation of everything we build.
Jai Hind!
